    As part of our engagement, we would like to present you with this engagement letter that outlines the scope, objectives, responsibilities, fees, and terms of our services. This letter serves as a contract between us and it is important that you read it carefully and sign it before we start working on your accounting needs.

    The engagement letter specifies the following:

    - The services we will provide, such as bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial reporting, auditing, etc.

    - The objectives and expected outcomes of our services, such as compliance, accuracy, reliability, etc.

    - The responsibilities of both parties, such as providing accurate and timely information, maintaining adequate records, communicating effectively, etc.

    - The fees and payment terms for our services, such as hourly rates, fixed fees, retainer fees, etc.

    - The terms and conditions of our services, such as confidentiality, liability, dispute resolution, termination, etc.

    By signing the engagement letter, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions of our services and you authorize us to perform the services as described in the letter. You also acknowledge that you have the right to seek independent legal advice before signing the letter. 

    Please review the engagement letter carefully and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. If you agree with the contents of the letter, please sign it and return it to us as soon as possible. We will then proceed with the engagement and deliver our services to your satisfaction.
