Entry Deadline:

Entries are closing Sunday June 1, at 8 PM.

$30 late fee for entries, payments, or changes made after June 1, 2025, at 8 PM.

On-Site Changes cash only.
$20 fee will be charged for any changes or add-ins, in addition to the regular class fee.

Barrel Classes: Changes must be completed before 8:15 AM on the day of the event.
Poles Classes, and Buckle Series: Changes or add-ins must be done before the start of all Poles classes on the event day.

If you select 2 they must be run back to back. If you select 3 the third will be separated.

CARRY-OVER

If you choose to carry over your time, select the appropriate option (e.g., Youth Carry-over from Open).

Please be clear when choosing to carry over times: select only the "Carry-Over" option for the class, not the class itself.

SIDEPOT 

A sidepot is a class where no one runs, but the time from the Open class is used for the sidepot.  

3D 18 & under Poles is only a sidepot. You need to run in Open if you want your times to be carried over the the 18 and under sidepot.

Payment Instructions:

Include the Rider/Horse names in the e-transfer message to facilitate proper payment tracking.
