2025 BBQ World's Fair Vendor Application

Texas Monthly is looking for an eclectic lineup of small businesses and Texas artisans to be marketplace vendors at the 2025 BBQ World’s Fair. We are looking for vendors at a cross-section of barbecue, foodies, home and kitchen goods, artisan crafts, apparel, and Texas pride. We will have 30 vendors in the marketplace (10x10 spaces) and participants will need to provide their own tent and supplies.

There is no booth fee. However, we do require a $300 deposit from accepted vendors. Vendors that are chosen, submit their deposit, and fulfill their commitment of participating in the event will receive their deposit back within 30 days of the event.

All applications will be reviewed by the Texas Monthly events team, and will be evaluated on product quality, originality, and overall alignment with the event. Applications close August 30, and chosen vendors will be notified the week of September 22.
