  • This score reflects how often you’ve felt positive emotions like joy and contentment. Higher scores suggest greater well-being; lower scores may be a cue to seek more moments that lift you up.

  • This score shows how often you’ve felt emotions like sadness, fear, or anger. Higher scores suggest more distress; lower scores reflect greater emotional balance.

  • Interpret your score:

+20 to +24 (Very High Positive Affect): You frequently experience positive emotions and rarely feel negative—indicating high emotional well-being.

+10 to +19 (Moderately Positive): You generally feel good, with occasional negative feelings. Your emotional life is mostly balanced and uplifting.

0 to +9 (Slightly Positive): You have a mildly positive emotional tone, though there may be moments of stress or sadness.

-1 to -9 (Slightly Negative): You may be going through a challenging period with more negative than positive feelings, but the imbalance is not severe.

-10 to -19 (Moderately Negative): Your recent emotional experience has been dominated by negative emotions, suggesting moderate distress.

-20 to -24 (Very High Negative Affect): You are experiencing significant emotional distress and rarely feel positive—consider seeking support or strategies for emotional well-being.

Wherever your score falls, remember that emotions are ever-changing—and every new day brings a chance to heal, grow, and feel better.
