  • Here’s how you interpret your score:

30–35: Very High Satisfaction – You deeply enjoy your life and feel fulfilled across most areas, even while embracing growth and challenges.

25–29: High Satisfaction – You’re generally happy with your life and feel things are going well, with some room for growth.

20–24: Average Satisfaction – Life feels mostly good, but you may have a few areas that need attention or improvement.

15–19: Slightly Below Average – Some aspects of life may feel off track; reflection or small changes could help.

10–14: Dissatisfied – You may be struggling in several life areas and could benefit from support or life adjustments.

5–9: Extremely Dissatisfied – Life feels very difficult right now; reaching out for help and making meaningful changes is important.

No matter where you are right now, remember: awareness is the first step—and every step forward, no matter how small, counts.
