    Data collected: Personal data collected include: name, surname, country, organization, position and description, as well as images and voice recordings captured during the development of the project.

    Purpose of processing: To manage your registration in the InnoVamos project; to inform you about programmes, schedules, dates, or any updates; and to send you commercial communications related to the project you have registered for. During the development of the project, photographs and/or videos may be taken in which physical persons attending the events may be identifiable. These materials may be used to promote the project on the websites and social media channels of ULPGC, FCPCT, the InnoVamos project website, and other media—both internal and external—at the local, national, or international level.

    Attendees who object to the use of their image and/or voice are kindly asked not to complete the registration, as we cannot guarantee that their image and/or voice will be excluded from the recordings. By registering, you expressly authorize the use of your image and/or voice under the conditions described. If you provide third-party data, the responsible entities assume that you have obtained the necessary consent and have informed the data subjects of this clause.

    Legal basis: Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR: Express and informed consent when voluntarily providing your data and completing the registration. Article 6.1(e) of the GDPR: Processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller. Article 6.1(f) of the GDPR: For sending commercial communications related to the project.

    Data retention: Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, for applicable legal periods, and for the duration necessary to handle any claims.

    Within the framework of the project, personal data may be shared with partner and collaborating entities when necessary for the proper management, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the project. These transfers may be made to recipients located both within the European Economic Area (EEA) and in third countries that do not have an adequacy decision by the European Commission.

    Please note that Ghana, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe do not currently have an adequacy decision from the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR, nor do they provide adequate safeguards under Article 46.
