Thank you for your interest in the BBM Whangārei From the Couch 12-Week Program. This program is designed for people who have two or more long-term health conditions such as obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.
Our final 2025 cohort is now full, and all new registrations of interest will be carried forward to our 2026 intakes. A member of our team will be in contact with you in the new year regarding next steps.

You must be able to commit to 3x 1-hour sessions per week – Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 11am – for the duration of the program. These sessions include exercise, nutrition support, and health checks.
