Soul Quantum Healing Retreat Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the participant (“Participant” or “You”) and Soul Quantum Healing (“Provider”, “we”, “us”), for participation in the Soul Quantum Healing Retreat (“Retreat”).
By purchasing and booking your place in the Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
1. Retreat Details
The Soul Quantum Healing Retreat includes but is not limited to: guided meditations, energy healing, journaling, self-reflection activities, group sharing, spiritual practices, yoga, oracle card sessions, nature-based activities, and self-care rituals.
Date: Saturday 2nd August 2025
Time: 8:00AM – 4:00PM
Location: Neranwoods, 19 Swanson Place, Neranwood, Qld, 4213
2. Booking & Payment Terms
A non-refundable 50% booking fee is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining 50% is due no later than 30 days prior to the Retreat date.
If the final balance is not received by this deadline, your booking may be cancelled, and your booking fee forfeited.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, including the initial booking fee and final payment.
If you are unable to attend, your place may be transferred to another person, provided you notify us in writing at least 14 days before the Retreat and supply all required details for the substitute participant.
In the event the Retreat is cancelled by Soul Quantum Healing due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disaster, illness, or government restrictions), we will offer either a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled retreat date.
4. Participant Responsibility
You agree to participate in all activities voluntarily and understand that spiritual and energy healing services are complementary to traditional medical and psychological treatment. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.
You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being during the Retreat.
You must inform the Provider of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to the Retreat that may affect your participation.
5. Assumption of Risk
By participating in the Retreat, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with such participation, including physical, emotional, and spiritual outcomes. You agree to release and hold harmless Soul Quantum Healing, its owners, employees, agents, and facilitators from any and all liability or claims arising from your participation.
6. Media Release
Unless you notify us otherwise in writing, you grant Soul Quantum Healing permission to use any photographs, videos, or written feedback taken during the Retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.
7. Confidentiality & Conduct
All participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal information shared by others during the Retreat.
Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior will result in removal from the Retreat without refund.
By purchasing and booking the Soul Quantum Healing Retreat, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
