Back 2 The Basics is a dynamic coaching and workshop series designed for girls ages 13–19. Designed by Coach K, this program offers monthly one-hour small-group sessions that focus on professional development, personal growth, and life skills rarely taught in school but essential for real-world success. Program topics include The Power of Influence, Choosing Healthy Friendships, The Power of Now, The Power of Your Voice, Team Building, Core Values, Respect for Self and Others, Accountability, and Goal Setting. Coach K equips each participant with foundational life tools—"the basics"—that have become a lost art in today’s fast-paced world. These are the soft skills that don’t always appear on a resume, but can define a young person’s ability to navigate life with confidence, purpose, and clarity.

Program Highlights: One hour virtual coaching sessions tailored to each girl's needs. Virtual sessions are currently scheduled for every Thursday, 6-7pm (EST). Digital resources provided to enhance online engagement. Certificate of Completion upon finishing all sessions. Lifetime Membership to Coach K’s Back 2 The Basics Online Support Group for continued support, networking, and accountability. Coach K and all program mentors have passed a criminal background check within the past year and have been thoroughly vetted through a professional recruitment process. While the program is available virtually for individuals, group rates are available for after-school programs, schools, churches, juvenile detention centers, and summer camps.
