    Delivery is free up to 15 miles (driving distance) from the 34233 ZIP code. For any events beyond 15 miles from the 34233 ZIP code, the delivery fee is as follows:
    ● 16-20 miles (driving distance) = $25
    ● 21-35 miles (driving distance) = $45
    ● 36-55 miles (driving distance) = $65
    ● 56-75 miles (driving distance) = $95

  • Per our Terms and Conditions, all outdoor events that are covered by trees must include a canopy tent to protect our equipment from leaves, dirt and pollen. As the host, you are required to either provide canopy coverage or rent from us below.

    Also, if your event takes place at an uncovered space outdoors during the summer months (June-August), you are required to either provide a canopy or rent from us below. This is for safety purposes to protect your little ones from the heat and direct sunlight on our equipment.

  • Deposit, Payment, Delivery Fee and Charges

    1. A retainer fee of 50% of your booking cost is due with a signed contract and signed liability waiver to reserve your event date. Your event date is not officially reserved until all three (3) of these items are received and have been confirmed by Party Playground Company. The remaining balance is due one week (7 days) before the event date.
       
    2. If the equipment is returned in an extremely dirty condition and/or out of place at the time of pick up, including balls scattered outside of the ball pit, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $75 to the credit card on file.
       
    3. All rented equipment will be assessed after your event. If any equipment is deemed to be damaged, ruined or stolen at the discretion of Party Playground Company, you will be charged a fee to cover the full cost of repair or replacement. A receipt will be provided.
      Delivery is free up to 15 miles (driving distance) from the 34233 ZIP code. For any events beyond 15 miles from the 34233 ZIP code, the delivery fee is as follows:
      1. 16-20 miles (driving distance) = $25
      2. 21-35 miles (driving distance) = $45

    4. If you are more than 75 miles from the above ZIP code, please contact us to see if we can accommodate your location. Please be aware of the sizes of all our equipment that you wish to rent and ensure you have enough space and clearance for it at your venue. NO REFUND will be granted if your event space is too small to accommodate the equipment rented.

    5. If the setup for your event requires an access point such as stairs, elevators or small walkway with limited space or maneuverability, an additional $50 fee is required during the booking process. If it is deemed that the event required one of these access points but the fee was not included during initial booking, Party Playground Company reserves the right to charge this fee after the event is over to the credit card on file.
  • Outdoor Event Setups

    1. Outdoor setups are permitted all 12 months of the year. However, outdoor setups during the summer (June-August) MUST be under a covered area such as a patio or pavilion. If no covered area is available for setup, you must rent or supply canopy/tent coverage for your event. This policy is in place for the safety of your little ones, as the soft play equipment becomes very hot in direct sunlight.

    2. Shade from trees is NOT permitted as suitable coverage due to potential damage to the equipment from pollen, dirt and leaves. Additionally, if your outdoor event space is positioned directly underneath trees, even in non-summer months (September-May), you must rent or supply canopy/tent coverage for your event. This is to prevent damage to the soft play equipment.

    3. If supplying your own canopy, it must be set up before we arrive to set up your event. If no canopy is set up upon arrival, mandatory rental of our canopy will be required or setup of your event will be refused.

    4. Outdoor setups must be on a flat, dry space. Grass, concrete, wood decking, and pavers are permitted. We do not set up on dirt, gravel, mulch, sand or slopes/inclines.

    5. Please ensure that there is a clear pathway to the setup area (at least a 5-ft opening in any gates or walkways to the outdoor setup area).

    6. The setup area should be cleared of ant piles, pet waste, and furniture prior to our arrival. We do not rearrange furniture nor pick up waste and will not set up under these circumstances.

    7. Bouncers do not require a tent or covering as most have a mesh or vinyl roof to provide shade from the sun and protection from pollen, dirt or leaves. Our rentable tent canopies do not fit over the inflatables.

    8. It is your sole responsibility as the renter to provide a suitable backup plan if outdoor setups need to be changed to indoor setups due to inclement weather. There will be NO REFUND for items that can't fit indoors when the weather is poor. SEE WEATHER POLICY.

    9. We will not set up soft play, bounce houses, or any other equipment outdoors when there is a rain chance greater than 20% or when there are winds greater than 15 mph. SEE WEATHER POLICY.
  • Weather Policy

    1. Outdoor setups are only permitted if there is a 20% chance of rain or less and winds no higher than 15 mph. Rainy and windy weather creates unsafe conditions for your children on our equipment.

    2. The weather forecast must be clear from the beginning of setup time (one hour before event start) through takedown time (one hour after event end). The ground space for your event location must also be DRY.

    3. You are responsible for providing a Plan B with an indoor setup location if there is the potential for rain or high winds in the forecast.

    4. No refunds will be provided for any equipment that cannot fit indoors. If an indoor location is not provided, we reserve the right to cancel the event and a credit will be provided for a reschedule date within 12 months.

    5. In the case of severe weather conditions, such as storms (tropical, hurricanes, etc.), which are deemed by Party Playground Company, in its sole discretion, to make the setups unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel your event.

    6. Should Party Playground Company cancel your event, you will receive a credit for any amounts paid toward a rescheduled date for the event within 12 months. This provision does not apply should (i) the Renter/Customer opts to cancel the event due to weather; (ii) after the event has already been postponed once; or (iii) if the event has already commenced and set up has been completed.
  • Reschedule Policy

    1. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule/cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at info@partyplaygroundcompany.com or 941-216-5993.

    2. Rescheduled event dates are granted on a basis of availability. By signing this agreement, you agree to select a mutually agreed upon date with Party Playground Company and shall execute an addendum providing for the applicable revised terms and conditions, or in the alternative, a new contract that provides for the revised event information and applies the amounts paid by Customer to the new event.

    3. If you request a reschedule of your event 8 days in advance or more, your 50% retainer fee is credited towards your new rescheduled event date within 90 days.

    4. If rescheduling within 7 days or fewer of your scheduled event, the retainer fee is forfeited and must be repaid to reschedule your event at a later date. Any other payments that have been made will be credited towards a new rescheduled date within 90 days.
  • Cancellation Policy

    1. If, for any reason, you need to reschedule/cancel your reservation, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at info@partyplaygroundcompany.com or 941-216-5993.

    2. If you request a cancellation of your event, the 50% retainer fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be forfeited.

    3. If canceling your event 8 days in advance or more, only the 50% retainer fee is lost and no further payments are required toward the remaining balance.

    4. If canceling within 7 days or fewer of your scheduled event, all payments are forfeited and non-refundable, including the balance of the event booking to be paid in full.

    5. In the event of an event cancellation by the Renter/Customer, Party Playground Company shall be released from all obligations and performance requirements under the Contract.

    6. No refund will be provided in the event of early termination of services due to abuse of Party Playground Company personnel or property.

    7. Party Playground Company reserves the right to adjust cancellation and refund policy in the event of certain matters, including acts of God, labor disputes, and venue conflicts that are beyond Customer's or Party Playground Company’s control.
  • Safety Rules and Equipment Care

    1. Adult supervision is required at all times. The welfare of the children playing on Party Playground Company equipment is left with the Renter. Party Playground Company and its employees accept no responsibility for any injuries caused whilst playing on rented equipment.

    2. Party Playground Company equipment is only suitable for age ranges between 6 months (crawlers) and 5 years old and MUST NOT be used by any adult or child older than 5 years old.

    3. Socks must be worn at all times.

    4. No SHOES EVER. No sneakers, flip flops, sandals or high heels should ever be worn on the mats, soft play items or in the ball pit or bouncers.

    5. No food, cake, candy, gum, or beverages in the play area and/or while playing on any Party Playground Company equipment.

    6. No face paint, Henna ink, glitter, temporary tattoos, confetti or silly string should be allowed in the Party Playground Company play area or on any Party Playground Company equipment.

    7. No pushing, shoving, wrestling, horseplay, or piling allowed on the soft play equipment. No jumping over the safety fence or off open areas of bouncers.

    8. No more than the recommended number of children at any one time – typical packages allow for 4-10 children to play at once.

    9. All sharp objects must be removed before play (including pens, pencils, jewelry, knives, eyeglasses, bling on pockets, etc.).

    10. No PETS should be allowed on the play equipment at any time.

    11. Any equipment damaged during the rental period should be removed from the play area immediately to avoid possible injury and reported to Party Playground Company.

    12. All equipment supplied by Party Playground Company must be kept dry, away from pools, water activities and out of the rain. The equipment is NOT WATERPROOF and will become damaged if wet.

    13. Equipment must remain on the mats provided to avoid dirt, damage and possible injury to users. All equipment should remain in the same configuration and location from setup to takedown. Balls should be returned to the ball pit prior to pick up.
  • Event Setup and Takedown:

    1. Event setup can take as long as 1.5 hours. Renter must be present at the start of setup to advise on setup location. We ask that no children or guests are in the party area during set up in order to avoid a time delay.

    2. Renter must always remain with the rented equipment.

    3. All equipment is supplied in sound condition. It is the responsibility of the Renter to check its condition prior to the event and report any damage.

    4. Hours of hire are between 9am and 7pm unless prior arrangements are agreed upon at the time of hire.

    5. Event takedowns and equipment collections scheduled after 7:30pm will be charged an additional late pickup fee of $50. This must be agreed upon prior to booking.

  • Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement

  • This is a legal document between the client “The Renter” and “Party Playground Company,” which affects your legal rights, so please read carefully.

     

    The Renter desires to rent, from Party Playground Company, LLC, equipment to be used by Renter, his/her guests, invitees or other persons while in Renters’ possession. Renter understands that use of this soft play equipment may, by its nature, cause injury or harm to Renter, his/her guests, invitees, or other persons.

     

    The Renter does hereby freely, voluntarily, and without duress execute this Release under the following terms:

     

    1. Waiver and Release: Renter understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges Party Playground Company from any liability or claim that the Renter may have against Party Playground Company with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death or property damage that may result from Renters use and possession of Party Playground Company equipment. Renter does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Party Playground Company and its successors and assigns from any and all liability claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Renters possession and use of Party Playground Company equipment.

     

    2. Insurance: Renter understands that insurance for liability, health, and medical or disability coverage in any way related to the rental of equipment under this agreement is the sole responsibility of Renter.

     

    3. Indemnification: Renter agrees that he/she will indemnify and hold Party Playground Company harmless from any liability resulting from the use of Party Playground Company equipment by Renter, his/hers assigns, heirs, guests, invitees or other persons using the equipment while in Renter’s possession.

     

    4. Other: Renter expressly agrees that this Release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by laws of the State of Florida and that this Release shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Renter agrees that, in the event that any clause or provision shall not otherwise affect the remaining provisions of this Release, shall continue to be enforceable.

  • I understand that using soft play equipment and associated activities, including but not limited to, running, jumping, crawling, walking, climbing, and collisions, involve inherent and other risks of injury and death. I voluntarily agree to expressly assume all risks of injury or death that may at any time result from any and all activities organized or promoted by Party Playground Company.

    I AGREE TO RELEASE Party Playground Company, LLC and its owners, affiliates, insurers, employees, attorneys, agents, representatives, successors-in-interest, and assigns (collectively “Providers”) from all liability for injury, death, and property loss and damage that results from the participant’s participation in activities organized by Party Playground Company, LLC including all liability that results from the negligence or gross negligence of such Providers, or any other person or cause.

    I understand that participation carries with it certain inherent risks and dangers that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid accidents, injury or death. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I knowingly assume all such risks including serious injury or death.

    I further agree to defend and indemnify Providers for all loss and damage (including, without limitation the reimbursement of the fees and expenses of attorneys and expert witnesses) arising from claims or lawsuits for personal injury, death, property loss and damage or other losses or damages arising from or related to my participation in any activities associated with the activities organized by Party Playground Company, LLC. I understand losses include, without limitation, reimbursement of Providers for the fees and expenses of Providers serving as witnesses, preparing for trial, or participating in any proceedings.

    This agreement is binding upon the participant’s heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I acknowledge that the laws of the State of Florida govern this agreement. I further agree that any action involving parties or issues relating to or arising out of this agreement must be instituted and prosecuted in the Superior court for Sarasota County, Florida. If any provision of this agreement is held in whole or in part to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of that provision and of the entire agreement will be severable and remain in effect.

    I have read this RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

     

    I HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

  • 1. I am responsible for following the rules and safe procedures of Party Playground Company in order to protect the equipment and provide a safe environment for me, my guests and any other people that can have access to Party Playground Company equipment while it is in my possession.


    2. I AGREE TO RELEASE, DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, NOT SUE AND HOLD HARMLESS Party Playground Company, their principals, officers, owners, employees, equipment manufacturers from any claims, damages, (including medical fees, attorney fees), injuries (including disabilities, paralysis and death) and expenses arising out of or resulting from my voluntary attendance/participation with Party Playground Company, LLC activities.
