2025 Elmo Trophy Expression of Interest Form

As you know, last year's Elmo Trophy was oversubscribed.

We would like to give everybody a fair chance to enter this year's Elmo, so we are advising you in advance what you will need to have for the entry form.

You will need name, date of birth, phone number and emergency contact phone numbers of all 6 sailors on the team.

You will need completed parental consent forms for all 6 sailors.

You will need the completed Team representative agreement signed. A parent or school representative must be on-site each day, and one to be present at the dinner on the Saturday evening.

Please note that if any of the required information is missing, your entry will not be confirmed.
