  • Artwork Theme:

Time is both a constant and a mystery — shaping us, stretching us, and slipping through our fingers. It can bring comfort or chaos, mark growth or decay, and stir nostalgia for what once was or what could have been. As artists, our relationship with time is deeply personal and ever-evolving — reflected in the work we create, the memories we chase, and the stories we tell. This theme invites a deep dive into the emotional and symbolic layers of time as muse, mirror, and measure.
  • About the Exhibition:

Artists and Time have always shared an intimate, ever-shifting relationship — at once inspiring, tormenting, and transforming. From the surreal clocks of Salvador Dalí’s The Persistence of Memory to your own moments of reflection, Time is a muse that never stops ticking. We invite artists to explore their own Timisms — personal philosophies, obsessions, and experiences shaped by time. Are you haunted by its passing or comforted by its rhythm? Do you fear the change it brings, or do you welcome its inevitable pull forward?Does time manifest as nostalgia, growth, decay, transformation… or something entirely your own? "Timisms" calls for work that embodies your personal dialogue with time — whether that’s clinging to fleeting memories, grappling with stillness, or dreaming of what’s to come.
