Job Description: Busser

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Clear, wipe down, and set tables to prepare for new guests
- Assist servers with food delivery
- Deliver chips and salsa to tables
- Ensure utensils, condiments, and takeout station is stocked
- Remove used utensils and plates from tables
- Maintain general front-of-house cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and organizing dining rooms and bathrooms

*Kitchen Team workday begins at 9am

Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with the kitchen prep work
- Follow recipes and prepare food items including but not limited to, cutting, mixing, chopping, grilling, and sauteing
- Dress items to order
- Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout shift
- Maintain a clean and sanitized working station
- Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and waitstaff
