Job Description: Line Cook/Kitchen Team
*Kitchen Team workday begins at 9am
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist with the kitchen prep work
- Follow recipes and prepare food items including but not limited to, cutting, mixing, chopping, grilling, and sauteing
- Dress items to order
- Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout shift
- Maintain a clean and sanitized working station
- Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and waitstaff
