  • Job Description: Busser

    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Clear, wipe down, and set tables to prepare for new guests 
    • Assist servers with food delivery
    • Deliver chips and salsa to tables
    • Ensure utensils, condiments, and takeout station is stocked
    • Remove used utensils and plates from tables
    • Maintain general front-of-house cleaning including sweeping, mopping, and organizing dining rooms and bathrooms
  • Job Description: Line Cook/Kitchen Team

    *Kitchen Team workday begins at 9am

    Duties include but are not limited to the following:

    • Assist with the kitchen prep work
    • Follow recipes and prepare food items including but not limited to, cutting, mixing, chopping, grilling, and sauteing
    • Dress items to order
    • Maintain proper portion control and monitor food levels throughout shift
    • Maintain a clean and sanitized working station
    • Communicate clearly with managers, kitchen staff, and waitstaff
