Disclaimer and Wavier of Liability: I hereby acknowledge that I have signed up for dog training seminars with Isabelle McKee and Kelsey Kirkpatrick at In Sync Agility. I agree to release and hold harmless Kelsey Kirkpatrick, ThunderStruck Agility Training (Isabelle McKee), and In Sync Agility, along with their owners, agents, and affiliates, from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise from my participation in this seminar. I understand that dog agility activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my dog(s), or others, and I voluntarily accept full responsibility for those risks. I affirm that my dog(s) are in good health, not aggressive, and physically able to participate. I am solely responsible for my dog(s) and any damage or injury they may cause. I agree to follow all facility rules and accept full responsibility for any property damage caused by myself or my dog(s). In the event of a medical or veterinary emergency, I understand I am responsible for all costs incurred. By registering for this seminar and signing my name below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this waiver of liability.
Cancelation Policy: 50% payment is due upon registration for this seminar to save your spot. If you need to cancel for whatever reason before September 30, 2025 you will receive a FULL refund. Cancelation between October 1 through November 1 will receive a 50% refund. Cancelation after November 1st will receive no refund unless the spot can be filled.
Please also understand that you may not give or sell your seminar spot to another person without the host’s permission.
