  • RECOMMENDED VISIT SCHEDULES
    To ensure your pet receives the highest quality care, we recommend maintaining their normal daily routine as closely as possible. Consistency helps reduce anxiety and prevents behavioral or health issues while you're away.

    đŸŸ Pet Sitting (Dogs & Household Pets):
    We recommend 3–4 visits per day for full-day care. This allows us to maintain feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, and attention—just like they’re used to.

    đŸ± Cat Sitting & Small Animal Care:
    We recommend at least one visit per day.
    This ensures fresh food and water, a wellness check, litter box maintenance, and peace of mind knowing your pet hasn’t become stuck, stressed, or ill from extended isolation.

  • Home Entry and Meet and Greet

  • SERVICE NOTE – Key & Home Access
    For the safety of your home and our sitters, we do not keep keys on file. Instead, we require the use of a lockbox, garage code, door code, or another secure method for key access.

    For security reasons, we cannot accept keys left in unsecured locations such as under doormats, flower pots, or in unlocked homes.

  • MEET & GREET
    Before we begin services, we require a Meet & Greet. This initial visit gives us a chance to get to know each other and ensure we’re a great fit. A member of our management team will typically conduct this meeting.

    If you prefer to meet with your assigned sitter directly—or if your pet requires a sitter-specific introduction—we’re happy to accommodate that for a small Meet & Greet fee.

    Our team-based approach ensures consistent, reliable care. While we always strive to assign the same sitter for continuity, your pet may occasionally be cared for by different team members, depending on availability and scheduling needs. This allows us to provide uninterrupted service and the highest level of care.

  • NEXT STEPS AFTER YOUR REQUEST
    Once you submit your information, we will review your request and check availability. We may reach out with a few additional questions to ensure we match you with the best sitter for your pet(s).

    If we’re able to accommodate your request, we’ll contact you to confirm availability. You’ll also receive a welcome email with instructions to set up your client profile in our scheduling software.

    Please note: We are a small family owned business.  If you contact us after hours, during a holiday, or over the weekend, there may be a delay in our response until the next business day.  

    In the event we’re unable to fulfill your request, we’ll be happy to provide referrals to other trusted pet care providers in the area.
