Hello! Here is a contract guide of the mentee relationship going forward. It is crucial that you dedicate the time to do the requested tasks for the successful results you desire.

The information shared with between you and I as a mentor will not be shared with other non-students. There is no reoccurring a payment so you do not need to submit any termination request. If I find that you are not putting in the work, we may need to reevaluate the goals placed or terminate the mentorship.

This agreement outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and goals of both the mentor and the mentee:

1. Purpose of Mentorship

The purpose of this mentorship program is to provide guidance, support, and knowledge to the mentee in their personal and professional development.

2. Goals and Objectives
- Mentee will identify specific goals and objectives to work on during the mentorship.
- Both parties will review and agree upon these goals at the start of the relationship.

3. Responsibilities of the Mentor
- Provide guidance and feedback based on the mentee's goals.
- Share knowledge, experience, and resources relevant to the mentee's development.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters discussed during meetings.
- Be committed to meeting regularly as agreed upon.

4. Responsibilities of the Mentee
- Clearly communicate goals and challenges to the mentor.
- Prepare for meetings by bringing questions or topics for discussion.
- Actively seek feedback and be open to constructive criticism.
- Respect the mentor’s time and maintain confidentiality.

5. Meeting Schedule
- Meetings will occur [weekly/bi-weekly/monthly] for a duration of [30 minutes/1 hour] on [suggested days/times].
- Both parties may adjust the schedule as needed with prior notice.

6. Duration of Mentorship
