SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME REGISTRATION FORM

Before we hop into three delightful days of play and discovery, do take a moment to have a look at the programme tentative and the terms & conditions.
Programme Options
Participants may choose between:
- The 3 Days Package, which includes full access to all three days of themed activities and experiences.
- Single Day(s) Selection, allowing flexibility to attend on one or more preferred dates.
🔔 Note: Extended Care (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM) can only be added to a selected programme. It’s not available on its own.

Programme Schedule
The programme start from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with Extended Care available until 5:00 PM at an additional charge.

Limited Slots Available

To ensure a cosy and well-supervised experience, registration is limited to 24 participants only. Slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon full payment.

Sibling Discount (4 - 10 years old)
A 10% discount is applicable when registering more than one child from the same immediate family.

Confirmation of Registration

Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation message will be sent via WhatsApp.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the programme start date to be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 3 days before the programme or for non-attendance

Limitation of Liability

General Limitation of Liability

The parent/guardian agrees that Axon Children’s Centre shall not be liable for any death, personal injury, or any loss or damages of any kind whatsoever that the child may sustain, either within the school premises or elsewhere, except where such loss or injury is attributable to the negligence of the school, its officers, or employees.

Inherent Risks in School Activities

The parent/guardian acknowledges that participation in school activities may carry inherent physical risks, even with teacher supervision. While Axon Children’s Centre will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, it assumes no liability for injuries arising from such activities, except in cases of proven negligence by the Centre or its staff.
