NOTE: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR BEVERAGES WILL BE PERMITTED

Vendors participating in this event will be offering a variety of products and services. Our vendor participation goal is 50 vendors with ability to sell items ontsite, take orders, or book parties with guests. Register early to guarantee your spot.

• Fee is $50, includes 6' table and 2 chairs
• Electrical available for additional $10
• Additional tables available for $10

There are no refunds for vendor fees. If you are unable to participate once payment is submitted, please find someone for your upline or downline to participate or forfeit the table

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Promote event to your own customers
• Payment must be submitted on this form with registration
• Vendors must be fully set up prior to doors opening at 9AM and may only sell merchandise for the business indicated above
• All vendors cannot break down before 3:00
