Important Terms and Conditions:
Fee Policy:
a. Fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to absences due to illness, personal reasons, or unforeseen events.
b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, fires, heavy rain), the organizer reserves the right to notify participants in advance about cancellations, postponements, or changes to the date or venue.
c. All participants must follow the event rules and safety guidelines. The organizer is not responsible for any loss caused by participant misconduct.
d. EL Champ Preschool reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
Cancellation Policy for Special Circumstances:
a. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., power outages, fires, heavy rain), the organizer reserves the right to notify participants in advance about cancellations, postponements, or changes to the date or venue. All participant fees will be converted into Event credit.
b. If a participant cannot attend due to a date change, the registration fee will be converted into Event credit, valid until 31 January 2025.
Participant Transfer and Absence Policy:
a. If a transferred participant is unable to attend on the event day for any reason, the spot will be forfeited, and no refund or Event credit will be issued.
Absence on Event Day Policy:
a. If participants notify their absence on the event day, the registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be converted into Event credit.
Handling Fee Differences:
a. When using Event credit to register for a new class, difference will not be refunded.
Second Absence Policy:
a. If a participant uses Event credit to register for a new event and is absent again, the Event credit will be forfeited and cannot be reused or refunded.
Participant Responsibilities:
a. All participants must follow the event rules and safety guidelines. The organizer is not responsible for any loss caused by participant misconduct.
Right to Amend Terms:
a. EL Champ Preschool reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions as necessary.
