  • 4-H Pool Season Pass Details:

    Provides Unlimited Admissions for named pass holders during regular public swim hours throughout the 2025 pool season.  (A savings of $2-3 per person per visit depending on pass purchased)

    Individual Pass - $150

    $85 each additional member of immediate family (over the age of 12 months)

  • RULES AND REGULATIONS

    1. All posted facility rules and guidelines, as well as reasonable verbal directives from facility staff, must be followed. 
    2. Patrons will remove all personal belongings from the pool area and secure all trash in a receptacle.
    3. Children under 13 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.
    4. Only United States Coast Guard Approved floatation devices are allowed AND someone 18 and older must be within arms reach.
    5. Minors aged 13+ may be dropped off, but responsibile adult MUST sign drop off AND pick up form in pool office for each occurence.  Unaccompanied minors are not to leave the fenced pool area until signed out by a responsible adult.
    6. NO alcoholic beverages or glass containers permitted in the pool area.
    7. Hourly safety breaks (last 10 minutes of each hour) are for the well-being of patrons and staff.  All must exit the pool until permitted by lifeguards to re-enter pool.  Use these times to re-apply sunscreen and hydrate!
    8. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in non-refundable revocation of season pass.

  • ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT

    As a participant, and, if applicable, as the head of household for multiple participants, in an activity which is under the direct supervision and instruction of Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center employee(s) and/or qualified staff, I understand that all precautions are taken to ensure that all programs are conducted by mature and qualified personnel in a safe and responsible manner.  I further understand that, regardless of supervision, there is always potential for accidental injury or death.  The participant(s) share(s) the responsibility for his/her own safety, and agrees to follow instructions and directions given by the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center staff and act prudently and use good judgment.  The participant(s) understands that the potential for injury is especially inherent in activities such as Swimming, Swim Lessons, and Outdoor Activities.  The participant(s) recognizes these risks and agrees to participate in this program and to assume responsibility for following the directions of the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center staff.  In addition, the participant(s) is/are fully aware that the program may include rigorous physical activity. By signing below, I, the participant, guardian, and/or head of household, certify that the participant(s) is/are healthy enough to participate in these activities, I have read the above paragraphs, and I acknowledge that there can be no guarantee of absolute safety against risk and unforeseen accident.  I consent to the participation of the individuals named above in the program offered by the Northern Virginia 4-H Educational Center.
