Wood and Ceramics Exhibition

The Associated Artists of Butler County announces, the “Wood and Ceramics" exhibition featuring wood and ceramics pieces of all sorts. At the conclusion of the show, we will be hosting a Soup Bowl Fundraiser. During the event, one of a kind wooden and ceramic bowls will be available for purchase. On Saturday, October 18th, you can come to the Art Center to pick up your bowl and get your bowl filled with delicious homemade soups. More information regardin this even will be posted soon. 

Exhibition Requirements:

1.The exhibit is open to artists 15 years of age and older residing in the United States.

2. Artists are asked to apply online submitting up to 4 images of their pieces of artwork that have never won an award at the Art Center.

 Acceptable Art Forms:

1.All types of wooden creations including but not limited to carvings, turnings. sculptures and others

2. All types of ceramic creations including but not limited to pottery, hand-built artwork, sculptures, and others. 

Requirements for Artwork: 

1. Entry $10 per entry.

2.The artworks in the submitted images are your own work and have not won an award at the Butler Art Center in the past.

3. Accepted works must be ready for display. Any works to be hung must be ready to hang with a wire or an appropriately sized saw tooth hanger. All 3D works must be able to sit stably on a flat surfarce. Entries that are not ready to be displayed will NOT be accepted into the exhibition.

4. An Exhibitors' Agreement must accompany your entries.
