    • This form maybe completed and submited without payment.  Payment for the 2025-2026 year is due by August 1st 2025.

      Do not delay your registration due to financial circumstances.  Scholarships are available for those in need.

      Contact Faith Formation Office at (770) 475-4508 of faithformation@sta.org to make other payment arrangements.  All payments plans or scholarship requests must be completed and signed by August 1st, 2025 to ensure your preferred time and spot.

      If you would like to make online payment at this time you will be redirected to the VANCO payment page after submtting this form.  To make a payment by check or cash please visit the Faith Formation Office located in the first floor of the Education Building.

       If you are unable to come during office hours, please contact the Faith Formation Office to schedule an appointment at the time that works with your schedule.

       

      Este formulario puede completarse y enviarse sin pago. El pago para el año académico 2025-2026 vence el 1 de agosto del 2025.

      No retrase su inscripción por problemas económicos. Hay becas disponibles para quienes las necesiten.

      Comuníquese con la Oficina de Formación en la Fe al (770) 475-4508 o a faithformation@sta.org para coordinar otros pagos. Todos los planes de pago o solicitudes de beca deben completarse y firmarse antes del 1 de agosto de 2025 para garantizar el lugar y horario de su preferencia.

      Si desea realizar el pago en línea en este momento, será redirigido a la página de pago de VANCO después de enviar este formulario. Para realizar un pago con cheque o efectivo, visite la Oficina de Formación en la Fe, ubicada en el primer piso del Edificio de Educación.
