Sip & Shop Vendor Form
Thank you for your interest in our very first Sip & Shop! This will be held on Thursday, December 11th from 5 PM – 9 PM at Taffeta Music Hall (122 Western Ave, Lowell, MA). The vendor fee is a $50 donation, which includes your space only. Vendors must bring their own table and contribute a small raffle item. Please note: submitting this form does not guarantee a spot. We’ll contact selected vendors with a confirmation and payment instructions!
