By signing below, the representative for the hereby referenced as "Performer" understands and agrees to perform at this event and to the following terms:
Performance is voluntary and unpaid.
Performer will not receive compensation.
All travel, lodging, meals, and related costs are the Performer's responsibility.
Performer must communicate all needs in advance.
This includes equipment, sound, stage setup, and any special requirements.
Performer agrees to follow the provided event schedule.
Performer participates at their own risk.
Loving Arms Cancer Outreach is not liable for injury, illness, theft, or property damage.
Performer is responsible for their own belongings and equipment.
Cancellations must be communicated promptly.
Notify Loving Arms Cancer Outreach as soon as possible if unable to perform.
Failure to notify may impact future event participation.
Media & Promotion Consent:
Performer grants permission to use names, photos, video, music, and likenesses in all promotional materials for the Love Out Loud Music Festival.
This includes use before, during, and after the event for any promotional purposes deemed necessary by Loving Arms Cancer Outreach.
No compensation will be provided for this usage.
Legal Agreement:
This agreement is governed by Georgia law.
It replaces any prior verbal or written agreements between the parties.
