Kid Champion complies fully with all immunization requirements as outlined by the Arkansas Department of Health and the Arkansas Department of Human Services. We accept valid immunization records or officially approved exemption documentation as required by state law. Our center does not make exceptions outside of what is permitted under Arkansas regulations. If you have questions about state immunization guidelines or exemption procedures, we encourage you to consult the Arkansas Department of Health website or speak with your child’s healthcare provider.
