Thank you for your interest in supporting the Jerry Lee Strong Foundation through our one- time puppy gifting program, featuring 11 Belgian Malinois and German Shepherd mix puppies sired by K9 Jerry Lee, a heroic police K9 from Austell, Georgia. These puppies are high-energy, intelligent working dogs requiring active, experienced owners. This questionnaire helps us ensure that each puppy is placed in a suitable home capable of meeting their unique needs. Your responses will be kept confidential and used solely to evaluate your application.
