I acknowledge that no one over 5, including myself or other parents picking up or placing a child, is allowed in the soft play area.I also acknowledge that the equipment used for the setup is not water-resistant and cannot be exposed to moisture or rain. It is my responsibility to ensure that all equipment remains dry and protected from weather-related damage.I understand that no food, drink, or chewing gum is allowed in or around the soft play area to prevent accidents and keep equipment clean. I agree to remove all shoes, jewelry, loose objects, and badges before entering to avoid injuries or damage.A flat area of 12ft x 20ft is required for Basic Soft Play, while Deluxe Toddler Play needs 20ft x 20ft of space.I acknowledge that face paints, water paints, party poppers, colored streamers, silly string, and markers must not be used in or around the soft play area, as they can cause irreparable damage to the equipment.I understand that Next Level Sleepovers is not responsible for striking or damaging any underground utility lines or devices, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and sprinkler systems. I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to inform Next Level Sleepovers of the desired equipment setup location and to have all underground utility lines marked prior to installation.I understand that no pets, outside toys, or sharp instruments are allowed in the soft play area at any time to ensure safety and protect the equipment.I understand that all equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. If Next Level Sleepovers staff observe any violation of the stated rules at any time, they reserve the right to immediately repossess all equipment with no refund.
