Hello Driggs Families and Friends!
We need your help in caring for our school garden over the summer. Our goal is to have the students be able to return to healthy plants and veggies ready to harvest when school starts again in the fall. So we invite you to grab a friend and adopt the Driggs Elementary School Garden for a week (or several) this summer!
We ask that you check on the garden a few days throughout your week. The top priority is making sure the irrigation is watering the plants the right amount. If you have any questions, feel free to call or text Hayes at (208) 244-0797. We want to make sure the students have food to harvest in the fall, but as a thank you for your time, you can certainly do some tasting and take home extra harvest when available. There is no limit to how often you can visit the garden or how many folks you can bring with you.
We'll send you more information at the start of the week you have signed up for so that you have all of the details you need. Thank you for helping to ensure that the students have food to harvest when they return in the fall!
