Summer Group Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit and Payment Policy
DEPOSIT
UPON BOOKING: 50% of the total invoiced amount will be due upon booking to secure date and time requested.
An invoice will be provided with your confirmation email and 50% payment will be due upon reserving your date and session time.
FULL PAYMENT
Final payment and participant counts will be due 72 hours before arrival date.
*NOTE: Your final participant count will be used to adjust the invoice and therefore your final amount due.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Please note: Upon final payment, tickets are non-refundable, and sale is final. Unused tickets will not be refunded.
Due to the popularity of the Eagle Coaster, tickets frequently sell out, especially on the weekends. Please do not arrive with more participants than were previously booked. We cannot guarantee there will be tickets available for your additional participants.
PAYMENT METHODS
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Applicable sales taxes will be applied.
We accept credit cards and cheques as form of payment.
If utilizing a Credit Card (preferred method for expediting payment and securing requested activity date):

If your Group prefers to make payment via cheque, we will be unable to process your booking request until it has been received by our accounting department.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
CHANGE OF DATE
If you need to reschedule your groups activity, we can do so up to 72 hours before your scheduled activity date.
Note: Requested rebooking dates are dependent on availability.
CHANGE OF GROUP SIZE
We will adjust participant counts with notification of
72 hours before the activity date.
CANCELLATION
We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, and cancellations sometimes are inevitable. Please let us know soonest at groupsales@cypressmountain.com if you are unable to attend your reserved session date and/or time.
More than 2 weeks’ notice: Full refund of deposit less 10% admin fee
Less than 72 hours' notice: 50% deposit is non-refundable.
No Show: Forfeit 100% of booked value.
CANCELLATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER OR OTHER IMPACTS
Cypress Mountain reserves the right to cancel and reschedule booked dates including but not limited to:
Unfavourable weather-related closures including but not limited to precipitation, lightning, high winds, air quality and limited visibility.
Adverse or unforeseen mountain operation impacts that may arise at any time.
Cancellations made by Cypress Mountain due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen operational impacts will not be penalized. We will make every effort to reschedule your group booking to another available date.

Upon booking with Cypress Mountain, an email will be sent confirming your booking and pre-arrival information. With this email:
