  • Seasonal Reminders: 

    • The Academy Scheduler reviews travel distance. Clubs will be scheduled close to home whenever possible.
    • Clubs can adjust team counts prior to the start of scheduling for weeks 3-8.
    • There are three distinct divisions for Academy: 8U, 10U L1, 10U L2
    • Clubs may select the dates they want to play.
    • Once an application is received, it enters into the scheduling process immediately due to the short time frame for scheduling.
    • Please make sure that your information is correct when submitting the application.
    • If you need to make changes to add or subtract the number of teams after initial submission, please contact Melissa via email.
    • All deadlines are at noon on the date that is listed.

  • Event Hosting

    To host an event, you should have at least two-8U fields and two-10U fields. You must also provide a field map to host an academy event. The due date for the field map is no later than Friday, August 22. Label the map with the teams on one side, spectators on the other, field name and address. Other important items for your field or complex. i.e. restrooms, parking, concessions.
  • Scheduling

    Scheduling Fees: $5.50 for each 8U team and $10.00 for each 10U team per event date.

  • 8U team requests for scheduling

    The 8U will continue to be an unweighted division this spring. Clubs are encouraged to spread their talent as evenly as possible across all of their teams and/or move players to different teams as needed. We will not break down 8U teams into levels of play. All 8U teams will be considered equal in playing strength and clubs should balance out their teams.

    Name Academy Teams please use the following nomenclature for 8U teams.

    • Club (No more than 10 characters), Age (8U), Gender (spell out), Team identifier. Put a space after each identifier.
    • Example: River Surge 8U Girls A
      • Club: River Surge
      • Age: 8U
      • Gender: Girls or Coed
      • Team Identifier: A, B, C, D etc.

  • 10U team requests for scheduling

    The 10U will continue to be divided into two weighted divisions. 10U-1 is the higher skill division and 10U - 2 is for less skilled players. The teams playing 10U will be allowed to choose their own level (level 1 or 2). 

    Please use the following nomenclature for 10U teams.

    • Club (No more than 10 characters), Age (10U), Gender (Spell out), Team level (1= the highest, 2= lower level of team) Team level Team identifier. Put a space after each identifier.
    • Example: FCGB 10U Coed 1A
      • Club: FCGB
      • Age: 10U
      • Gender: Girls or Coed
      • Team Level: 1 or 2
      • Team Identifier: A - 1st team at this level, B - 2nd team, etc.

    Please note if you decide not to submit to any level 1 teams. This will help with detecting mistakes.
