    • Early Bird Rate: Available from June 1 to September 1, 2025
    • Standard Rate: Applies starting September 1, 2025
    • Late Registration: Registrations after October 15, 2025, will incur a late fee and be based on availability. Priority will be given to APAFS member institutions.

    PAYMENT POLICY

    • Only paid registrations are confirmed. To secure your slot and rate, complete your registration and payment by the stated deadlines.
    • After payment, send proof (check, deposit slip, or wire transfer) to admin@apafs.org and cc: apafs.secretariat@gmail.com for proper crediting.

    CANCELLATION & REFUND
    No refunds or credit after September 1, 2025. For any changes or modifications to existing registration, a $200 change fee will apply with each request.
