Parental Consent Form

Poetry Ireland and IMRAM are committed to a child-centred approach to our work with children and young people. We undertake to provide a safe environment and experience, where the welfare of the child/young person is paramount. We will adhere to the recommendations of Children First: National Guidelines for the Protection and Welfare of Children, published by the Department of Health and Children.

In accordance with our child protection policies we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without the consent of the parents/carers and children.

This Consent Form is for permission for your child to participate in Duais Basho/ Guth na hÉigse 2025 and for their image, audio and video to appear on the Poetry Ireland and IMRAM websites, social media and promotional materials.

Please note if you have multiple children participating in the programme you will need to fill in a seperate form for each.
