Vendor Application for The Scotland Card Show 2026
Event Date: June 13th & 14th, 2026
Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at The Scotland Card Show 2026! We are excited to invite vendors to apply for a spot in our vendor aisle. Please note the following details:
Application Review Process:
Applications will be reviewed starting September 1st, 2025. This is when we will begin assessing and allocating vendor spaces. Due to high demand, we are unable to offer a space to everyone who applies.
Important Dates:
You will be notified by September 29th, 2025 regarding the status of your application.
If you do not hear from us by that date, unfortunately, your space has not been confirmed, and you will automatically be placed on our waiting list.
Table Details:
Each vendor will be allocated a 6ft (183 × 91 × 76.5cm) trestle table, which will remain in the same spot for both event days.
The cost per table is £220 + VAT for the full two days.
Each table comes with a black tablecloth and one chair (+ More if needed)
Table Allocation:
Please note that you will be allocated a certain number of tables based on availability. While you may request a specific number (e.g., 3 tables), we cannot guarantee that you will receive that exact number. For example, if you request 3 tables, you may only receive 2, and if you request 2 tables, you may only receive 1. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences and needs for table allocations, but please understand that space is limited.
