Larson-Juhl Returns Policy
On receipt of order please check the number of parcels and outer packaging for damage. Ensure delivery note is signed stating number of parcels missing or damaged. Do not sign as 'unchecked' as this will invalidate any claim. All claims must be reported within 5 days from date of invoice. Do not destroy goods subject to a claim. We do not accept mitred lengths for credit. All authorised returned stock must be packaged securely.
