I understand that any discounts received on upfront fees (installation / activation / promo offers) will incur a claw back if I cancel within the first 12 months of service going live at the service address related to this order. I also understand that the promotion is subject to the product remaining active for 12 months, and if I cancel within this time or if my account account falls into a suspended state due to non-payment, I will be charged a claw-back fee of R950.
