WiFi Coverage and Speeds

I understand that GetWiza will do it's best to provide advice but cannot guarantee WiFi performance and/or coverage within my property. I understand that in order to test the quality of the fibre line I may need to make use of an ethernet LAN cabled test.
WiFi Router

In the case of a free-to-use WiFi router, I understand that the device remains the property of GetWiza and must be returned or purchased upon termination of service.
On-site support

I understand on-site IT support is not included in the monthly GetWiza service fee. The Fibre Network Operator will be responsible for on-site fibre installation and repairs.
Discount Terms

I understand that any discounts received on upfront fees (installation / activation / promo offers) will incur a claw back if I cancel within the first 12 months of service going live at the service address related to this order.
Cancellation Terms

Yes, I understand that there is a full calendar month cancelation notice period, and that cancellation within the first 12 months of activation attracts a cancellation fee of up to R1,800. In the case of a free-to-use WiFi router, I understand that the device remains the property of GetWiza and must be returned upon termination of service.
