  • MSC Fiscal Year: July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026

    Please remit Camp Dues by August 30, 2025 unless a separate arrangement has been made. (See details in the payment section of this form.)
  • Use the three steps below to calculate your 2025-2026 MSC dues and your payment schedule.

  • Step One:

    First determine what your dues are based on your gross revenue from the previous fiscal year.
  • • Day Camps - 2024 revenue X .00153 = ________________ (Minimum of $135)


    • Residential Camps – 2024 revenue X .002512 = ___________ (Minimum of $135)
    • $1M to $2M 2024 revenue = $2512
    • $2M to $3M 2024 revenue = $2840
    • $3M+ 2024 revenue = $3822

  • Step Two:

    Please consider a making a donation in recognition of MSC’s nonprofit status. Your gift will support the many ways MSC works to strengthen and support our Camp Members.

  • Important Information About Your Dues

    Members of MSC are automatically members of MYCA (Our Nonprofit Government Relations Organization). Your total dues will be divided between MSC & MYCA as follows:

    52% of dues go to MSC. The amount is deductible for federal tax purposes.
    48% of dues go to MYCA (Nonprofit Government Relations organization). Some of this amount may be deductible. However, the part used for lobbying activities is not. A year-end statement will be sent to you showing the amount of non-deductible lobbying expenses.

  • We, * , acknowledge our responsibility for the care, welfare, development and education of children who attend our camps, for the community created by us, and for the earth’s environment in which we operate. We are committed to providing the opportunity to attend camp, to all children regardless of race, color, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental disability, religion, ancestry, or national origin.
    Therefore, the undersigned camp, as a member of MSC, will strive to:

    • Provide for a safe and healthy environment for all campers and staff
    • Offer programs that provide activities with measurable outcomes that help campers develop mental, emotional, social and physical health
    • Respect right and dignity of all individuals
    • Operate in a manner that respects the natural environment by:
      • Providing programs and activities that develop appreciation of and awareness for the natural environment consistent with camp’s program
      • Operating in a manner that minimizes the camp’s impact on the environment
    • Seek enrollment from broadest spectrum of society
    • Provide a work environment for staff that leads to skill development
    • Operate in a manner that:
      • Supports other member camps and the camp community
      • Is responsive to the community in which camp is located.
