We are excited to offer a Technical Support Internship. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supporting our technology environment while receiving a monthly stipend. (This opportunity is available for UWI students ONLY.)
💼 Stipend: $516.00 per hour
🕒 Schedule: May include night shifts (up to 9 PM) and weekends (Saturday or Sunday)
Your duties will include:
- Supporting staff in person or via phone on all company-supported technologies
- Troubleshooting hardware (computers, laptops, projectors, printers, scanners, faxes, copiers)
- Diagnosing software issues and assisting with applications like Microsoft Office and SPSS
- Assisting students with connectivity and email/domain accessSetting up/removing equipment for classes
- Replacing consumables (toners, etc.)
- Keeping the support room clean and safeParticipating in project-based work and other assigned tasks
