This form is designed to gather all the details we need to provide an accurate quote and match you with the best artist for your vision. Please take a moment to fill it out as thoroughly as possible. Once the form is submitted, someone from our team will reach out to finalize your appointment and collect the deposit. If you have any questions or concerns along the way, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at the end. We’re excited to help bring your tattoo idea to life!
Pricing

Before we can confirm your appointment, a deposit is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Please note, we have a shop minimum of $60 for tattoos.
