The Associate Pastor of Next Gen Ministries' role is to develop, lead, and shepherd the teams that serve the next generation at Liberty Hill Church. This role should provide oversight to Hilltop Kids, primary preaching for Liberty Hill Youth, and developing ministry to Young Adults. The goal is to lead ministries that connect every age group to Jesus and equip them to take their next steps in faith. This pastor will build and lead teams, invest in leaders, partner with parents, and ensure that every environment is marked by spiritual depth, relational connection, and intentional discipleship.
