KYL Photo Contest

KYL is looking for the best photos that capture the heart of Kare. From action shots, team huddles, family selfies, and everything in between, we want to see our league through your eyes! Photos will be judged on how well they capture the spirit, energy, and community of Kare youth League. The contest begins May 31st and ends on July 5th.

The winning photo will be announced on Wednesday, July 9th! The winner will receive a choice between a $50 gift card to Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out and be featured in Kare's publications. Good luck! Please use the Photo Upload section below to attach your photos (5 max).

Kare Youth League Photo Contest – Terms & Conditions

By submitting photos to the Kare Youth League Photo Contest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

The contest is open to all individuals who have participated in or attended
Kare Youth League activities in 2024 or 2025.
Entrants under 18 must have parent or guardian permission to participate.
Entries must be submitted on or before 11:59 p.m. PDT, Saturday, July 5th, 2025

2. Photo Submission Guidelines

Each entrant may submit up t
o five (5) original photos.
Photos must have been taken at Kare Youth League events or activities (games, practices, Club Kare, Mount Kare, family events, etc.) during 2024 or 2025.
Photos must be in .jpg, .png, or .heic format and not exceed the upload size limit specified in the form.
All submissions must be appropriate for a family audience. No obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content will be accepted at the sole discretion of Kare Youth League

3. Copyright and Usage Rights

You must be the original photographer or have permission from the photographer to submit the photo.
By submitting, you grant Kare Youth League a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display your submitted photos in any Kare Youth League materials, including but not limited to publications, websites, social media, and promotional content.
Kare Youth League may edit, crop, or modify photos as needed for presentation.

4. Judging and Winner Selection

Photos will be judged by a panel of judges selected by Kare Youth League. Photos will be judged based on creativity, emotion, storytelling, and how well they capture the spirit of Kare.
One winning photo will be selected and announced during the first week of July 2025.
The winner will receive a $50 gift card to Chick-fil-A or In-N-Out and may be featured in Kare Youth League publications and digital media.

5. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted using the information provided in their submission.
If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, Kare Youth League reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kare Youth League is not responsible for late, lost, corrupted, or incomplete submissions.
By entering, you release and hold harmless Kare Youth League and its affiliates from any and all liability related to participation in the contest or use of submitted photos.

7. Privacy

Personal information collected through the form (name, phone number, email, etc.) will only be used for contest administration and notification. It will not be sold or shared.

8. Agreement

By checking the terms box and submitting your photos, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
