This pageant is more than just a competition, it's a platform to celebrate culture, confidence, leadership, and community pride. Most exciting of all, the crowned winner will earn the prestigious opportunity to represent Washington State at the 2026 Miss Universe Philippines National Competition in Manila, Philippines.

To begin your journey, please complete the application form below in its entirety. This information helps us get to know you better and ensures we have everything needed to process your registration.

Once your application is submitted, it will be carefully reviewed by a member of our selection team. Within a few days, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview as the next step in the screening process. This interview is an opportunity for us to learn more about your background, goals, and interest in representing the Filipino community in Washington State.

General Requirements:

Age: At least 18 years old at the time of the pageant.
Citizenship: Must be at least 25% Filipina.
Gender: Female, regardless of civil status (single, married, divorced, or widowed).
Height: No minimum height requirement.
Marital and Parental Status: Open to all women, including mothers, wives, and those who have been previously married.
