We’re so excited you’re considering a custom wedding story feature in WedLuxe Magazine! This is a unique opportunity to guarantee your wedding is beautifully preserved in print.

THE FEE IS $1000 per page*
*A minimum of five pages is required to tell your story. ADDITIONAL PAGES ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

Please be as detailed as possible and include all information that is important to you. At this stage, be sure to only include images you’re comfortable seeing published in both print and online.

We review each story based on a variety of creative and editorial factors, including diversity of styles, palettes, destinations, and themes across the issue. Even the most stunning weddings may be declined if we’ve already filled certain visual categories. A declined story is never a reflection of the quality of your wedding, just a matter of fit within our broader editorial direction. From the time of submission, it can take up to 3 months to hear back from us.

Please ensure your image gallery meets all of the following requirements before submitting:

✅ High-resolution, edited images only
Images must be at least 2700 x 3600 pixels (9x12 inches at 300 DPI) for print quality

✅ No watermarks on any images

✅ The gallery must be open and accessible without a password
🔒 Password-protected links are not accepted due to workflow limitations — no exceptions

❌ We do not accept links that require us to create a login, username, or profile of any kind

✅ All images must be in a single folder
No nested folders or subfolders

❌ We do not accept WeTransfer or any links that expire after a set time

✅ Recommended platforms: Dropbox, SmugMug, or Pixieset

📸 Please only include images you would be comfortable seeing in print or online. If your wedding is selected for a print feature, we will make our final image selections from this submitted gallery.
