Point of Clarity Notice Regarding Grants of Authority to Tax Marihuana
Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent
I, _____________________, one of the People as seen in the 50 State Constitutions, (Republican in Form) Sui Juris, do send you this Notice that you provide immediate due care to those with all political power, the People.
Please take Notice the People have assembled realizing that it is our duty and responsibility to instruct our government servants and trustees when they are in danger of or in maladministration, violating their Trust Indenture Contract, the Constitutions, they swore to by Oath or Affirmation. Michigan Constitution, Article I, Section 3: Assembly, Consultation, Instruction, Petition: The people have the right peaceably to assemble, to consult for the common good, to instruct their representatives and to petition the government for redress of grievances. (Bolded for emphasis)

Please take Notice that cannabis seeds were consumed as a grain, believed to have nutritional benefits and used as a food source in ancient China 2,700 BCE The cannabinoids found in cannabis-phytocannabinoids -are structurally very similar to those produced by the body. These plant cannabinoids can bind with the cannabinoid receptors in our endocannabinoid system, triggering responses throughout the body. Endocannabinoids are found in Human breast milk (HBM) and is a biofluid tailored to meet an infant's nutritional requirements for development. The nutrients present in HBM, are important due to the pivotal role they play in infant cognitive, visual development, growth, and metabolic responses including appetite and food intake regulation, and they have been identified to play a role in establishing the suckling response of the newborn that is needed to nurse. Question: Where in the Constitution(s) have you been granted authority to rule over God's creations, i.e. to tax or regulate marihuana/cannabis? And;
Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order and demand that the State of Michigan cease and desist from playing God over the People by imposing taxes and prohibitions on marihuana/cannabis, and strictly adhere to their Trust Indenture Contract, i.e. the Constitution(s If you believe any of these statements to be false, rebut by Affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within five (5) days of receiving this Notice, showing your Constitutional grant of authority to deprive the People of their Inherent Rights, or you agree, by tacit acquiescence, that all statements are true and shall be heard by an arbitrator of my choice, to be held individually liable for infringement of the People's Inherent Rights and no court shall rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence, truth and law, in all courts of record. Also, your actions will show you are acting with full knowledge, intent, and malice.
