     Vaccination Requirements
    All dogs must be current on the following vaccinations:

    - DHPP/DHVPPL (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza, Leptospirosis)

    - Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

    - Rabies

    Proof of vaccinations must be provided prior to the first training session.

    Dogs showing signs of illness (coughing, vomiting, diarrhea, lethargy, etc.) should not attend class and may

    be asked to reschedule for the safety of others.


    Punctuality
    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be allowed to join the session, and the session will be

    considered forfeited without refund.

    Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time for your dog to settle and focus.


    Deposits and Payments
    A 50% deposit is required to reserve all group and private training packages.

    The remaining balance is due on or before the first scheduled session.

    Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases where training must be canceled by the trainer.


    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session.

    Cancellations made within the 1-hour window or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited without

    refund.

    Timely communication is appreciated so that we can accommodate other clients on the waitlist.


    Safety and Conduct
    Dogs must be on a secure leash and collar or harness at all times unless otherwise directed by the trainer.

    Reactive or aggressive dogs must be disclosed prior to booking so appropriate arrangements can be made.

    Handlers are expected to follow trainer instructions and maintain control of their dog at all times.

    Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

    Class Rules
    Arrive on time!
    Potty your dog before class
    Do not let your dog interact with other dogs unless you are instructed to do otherwise.
    Show up ready to learn! Have all supplies needed for class out and ready to go. (Treats, mat, water, poop bags, etc.)
    Keep dogs on a 6' leash unless instructed to do otherwise.
    Do NOT bring sick dogs to class. 
    Only ONE dog per handler. 
    Please do not have more than 1 other person accompany you to class.
    Be kind to your dog, other members of your class, and yourself. 
    Disruptive dogs may be asked to leave class and discuss private training options.
    Harsh corrections, or abusive behavior will NOT be tolerated. 

  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS

    In consideration for being permitted to participate in dog training services provided by Old Reliable Dog

    Training ("Trainer"), the undersigned ("Client") agrees as follows:

    1. Assumption of Risk

    Client understands that participation in dog training involves inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites, injuries to persons or dogs, and damage to property. Client voluntarily assumes all such risks, both known and unknown.

    2. Release of Liability

    Client, on behalf of themselves and any minors accompanying them, hereby releases, waives, and discharges Old Reliable Dog Training, its owners, employees, agents, and independent contractors from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury (including death), or expense that may be sustained by the Client, any minors accompanying the Client, or their dog(s), whether caused by the negligence of the Trainer or otherwise.

    3. Hold Harmless and Indemnification

    Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Old Reliable Dog Training and its agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to the actions of the Client or their dog during training, on or off the premises.

    4. Medical Care

    In the event of injury to the Client or their dog, Client is solely responsible for all veterinary or medical expenses. Trainer is authorized to seek emergency veterinary care if deemed necessary, but is not obligated to do so.

    5. Behavior Disclosure

    Client certifies that they have fully and accurately disclosed any history of aggressive behavior, health conditions, or training concerns relevant to their dog.

    6. Photo/Video Release

    Client grants permission for Old Reliable Dog Training to use photographs or videos of the Client and/or their dog for promotional or educational purposes.

    7. Governing Law

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict oflaw rules.

    I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT, FULLY

    UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY.
