    Please read carefully before agreeing.

    1. Cancellation Policy (Full Calendar Month Notice)

    To cancel your coaching, a full calendar month’s notice is required.


    Billing date: 1st of each month
    Notice must be submitted via WhatsApp or Email


    How it works:


    Your notice period begins from the next billing date (1st)
    Your coaching will continue for one full billing cycle
    Your coaching will end on the 1st of the following month

     
    Example:


    If notice is given before the 1st → final payment taken on the 1st → coaching ends the following month
    If notice is given after the 1st → notice begins next billing cycle → one additional full month applies

    2. Session Booking & Attendance

     

    Your coaching includes a set number of sessions per week depending on your package
    Sessions are booked directly with me in advance
    You are responsible for attending all scheduled sessions


    Rescheduling Sessions:

     
    Minimum 24 hours’ notice required
    Must be communicated via WhatsApp

     
    Missed Sessions:

     
    Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show results in:

    Loss of that session
    No refund or carry-over

    3. Session Rollovers

     

    Sessions can only be moved within the same calendar month
    Sessions cannot be carried over into the next month


    Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the billing period.

    4. Membership & Payments

     

    Payments are taken monthly in advance via Stripe
    Billing date: 1st of each month
    Your first payment may be pro-rata depending on your start date

     
    By signing up:


    You agree to a recurring monthly coaching subscription
    You authorise DWPT to take automatic payments

     
    Your coaching is structured across 48 weeks per year:


    This accounts for holidays, sickness, and coach time off
    Monthly pricing remains fixed regardless of 4 or 5-week months

    5. Coach Availability / Holidays

     

    I may take planned time off throughout the year.

     
    You will be given notice in advance
    Sessions may be rescheduled where possible
    No sessions will be delivered during this time

     
    Payments remain active during this period unless stated otherwise.

    6. Health & Safety

    You are responsible for informing me of any:


    Injuries
    Medical conditions
    Physical limitations

     
    that may affect your ability to train safely.

    7. Liability Waiver

    By participating in DWPT coaching sessions, you acknowledge:

     
    There are inherent risks associated with physical training
    You take part at your own risk

     
    DWPT is not liable for injury or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
