20th NZOZ Sensory Symposium

The vision of the NZOZ Sensory Symposium is to create a collaborative platform that unites the Sensory & Consumer Science Communities from Australia and New Zealand. Our goal is to foster networking and idea sharing in order to keep the community up-to-date about the latest developments in this field, supporting students and professionals alike. The theme for the upcoming Symposium is Explore the Experience - Broaden your prespective and discover new angles in sensory and consumer science.

NZOZ is currently calling for abstracts for the 2026 Symposium.

All 2026 NZOZ symposium presentations must adhere to a 10 minute presentation time.
