1) Withdrawal eligible for REFUND: 4th May 2026 (Monday). Withdrawal after the date above, regardless of any reason.

3) Last Withdrawal WITHOUT REFUND: 28th May 2026 (Thursday), 12:00PM.

4) Any withdrawals after the last withdrawal deadline without refund above, with or without notification, shall be deemed as "Did Not Start" (DNS).

5) A penalty of RM50 per event shall be imposed on any ‘DNS’ and payment must be made immediately before the swimmer’s next event.
