Notice to Agent is Notice to Principal and Notice to Principal is Notice to Agent

Means: any person receiving this notice shall be responsible for distributing it to the addressed government agents listed.

 

I, _______________________________, one of the People, as seen in the 50 State Constitutions (Republican in Form), Sui Juris, do present this Notice that you provide due care to those with all political power, the People.

Please take Notice the People are Sovereign, with all political power, having Authority over government servants and trustees that are instituted for their equal benefit, security, and protection. Government trustees shall always be amenable to the People. (Bolded for emphasis) (See evidence below)

CONSTITUTION OF MICHIGAN OF 1963 PREAMBLE

We, the people of the State of Michigan, grateful to Almighty God for the blessings of freedom, and earnestly desiring to secure these blessings undiminished to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this constitution. (Bolded for emphasis)

Michigan Constitution Article I Section I: Political power. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for their equal benefit, security and protection. (Bolded for emphasis)

Maxim of Law: All political power is inherent in the people by decree of God, thus none can exist except it be derived from them. American Maxim (Bolded for emphasis)

Maxim of Law: One has authority when he has a legal or rightful power to act. And;

Please take Notice the People have assembled to consult for the common good and realize our duty and Authority to instruct our servants and trustees in all areas of government. Please take Final Notice it is my wish, order, and demand that you publicly acknowledge the Peoples’ Inherent Right and Authority to instruct all our servants and trustees in government by entering this Notice into the next meeting minutes and post this Notice within seven (7) days on your local official website and/or on official building. If you believe any of the above claims are untrue, rebut by affidavit, sworn under penalty of perjury, point by point, within seven (7) days, showing your Constitutional grant of Authority to usurp/infringe on the Peoples’ Inherent Rights. Failure to respond means that by tacit acquiescence you agree all statements in this Notice are truth and fact in the law and agree to have these matters heard before an arbitrator of my choice, to be bound thereby, and agree that no court shall be able to rehear this matter, but it shall stand as evidence of truth in all courts of record.
