Credit Recovery Course Information
Please review the following details in regard to the course selection. A student may register for a maximum of 2 courses, with exception to seniors (see below)
- Grades 7 & 8
  - All course content is determined by grade level. You are only required to select the subject.
- Grades 9 - 12
  - All English language arts and social studies courses for grades 9-12 are determined by grade level.
  - Science and math courses must be specified within the form.
- Grade 12 - If necessary to meet graduation requirements:
  - Physical education and electives may be taken.
  - More than 2 courses may be taken with pre-approval from the principal, Dr. Kartychak.

Permission from principal is required to take more than 2 courses. Principals will be notified immediately if more than 2 courses are selected. Please ensure you have obtained permission prior to registering for more than 2 courses.
